Some find doing the thing or things you Love makes earning a living a tad easier than be told by a boss what every move to make.
Maybe you like pets or cleaning or cooking or what ever YOUR interest might be…Lawn Work ? Pest Control?
Many times starting out part time till you feel comfortable working for ones self..Can be a scary when starting a new small business..
A few simple things to remember….Say what you will do and then do what you say….I found it is much better to under promise a little then over deliver….
Show up on time and also complete a job..Doing this on a consistence manner will move your business up the latter of success….because a lot of people can not do this….might sound simple but I find to be true….
A few downsides to running a small enterprise can be getting paid…So do Not let anyone ever “owe” you a lot of money…Say grass cutting is what you do…Be clear on when and how payment is made…Then as a rule tell yourself that I am willing to be short changed out of 1,2,3 4 cuttings? The amount of pain is up to you the individual……Me personally it is 1 job..
Maybe something like contracting is your cup of tea/coffee?Might want to get a deposit?Maybe partial throughout the work process.
Being Self employed can be a great thing, but like anything it can have issues…..

Is Cash Always the Best?
Sometime cash isn’t always the best way to do business. One time a long time ago (20 years or something like that)A friend owed me money for the work I did.He was part of a “Barter Group”..Well I need a truck and through this “Group” he had enough credits to get it and I felt a good deal was in it for me…So maybe “Bartering” is coming back into favor? Here is a nice article I found and would like to share on the subjectRise of the Barter Economy – Businessweek

While she looks for gainful employment, she's shopping a book about her bartering experiences. "When we let everyone in," says Melissa Massello, one of the self-appointed "Swapaholics" who host the gatherings, "it's sort of a mad dash to get the best stuff." There is shoving, she says, and it can get physical.
Free Earn A Living Tip
Do you need to make some extra money?
If you need just a few extra bucks are you looking to Earn a Living?
I have found a Business model that can possibly might fit your needs.
Become a personal shopper. But to make money at it you’ll have to do it in a smart way.
Most people aren’t willing to pay “The Big Bucks” to have someone do the shopping for them You see. Don’t You?
Wouldn’t be “GREAT” if You could make $10-$100 per hour?
I think I have a plan on which can be scaled to what you want to make. Whether it is a extra $50 a month or a few thousand plus.
Here is the idea: Step one is to charge a small fee and tell the person hiring you it is for gasoline/Fuel cost..Depending on how far you drive charge $5-$15 for the first part…..Uhmmmmm Bet your thinking while if I get $10 and do two people that’s only $20? While that part is right,,,But here is where it can get interesting. Find and use all the shopping tip and tricks you can find.
Like what?Well be sure the person Your shopping for understands that any coupons You redeem that money belongs to you.
Then start massively learn all the couponing tricks that you can…..Like places that double or even triple coupons! Find sources such as the Internet, have friends and family save them from there news paper and mail.
The next thing would be Loyalty Cards…Free gasoline , discounts, Money back? Take advantage of all this stuff!
Pay with a credit card that pays cash back…Or if the old credit isn’t up to snuff get a PerkStreet Debit card and earn 2% back when it used as a Credit card mode.
Plus I try to fit this into “other Trips” that I can do at the same time.
I actually do this a number of times a year: Findyour “Niche”….Here is what I do as example(I got into this by accident}………….A friend need a piece of equipment for his business..He found it at Harbor Freight but the issue is it is 20+ miles away…..I had some other things that I want/had to do so on this $400 piece I just happened to have a 20% off coupon for that…In this case I didn’t charge a gasoline Fee……$80 bucks for that trip…then the word got around(i helped spread it) Now my list is over 10 people.
This can be applies to food, Drug stores, Tools or just about anything You might think of….Just as I’m typing you might want to apply this to finding things on the Internet for people that have no knowledge or desire to use the Internet….
This can be done for Retired, Over worked Folks ,or Some who is just too Lazy to do their own shopping. What ever the case I feel there won’t be much of a shortage of customers….
